We will for example make those tough eating out decisions easier by updating you on where the best eateries are on the island. We will also give you tips where to find your favorite morning coffees, cool hangouts for late brunches or where to have an idyllic secluded candlelight dinner.

We will also introduce you to some of weirdest and the most beautiful sea creatures. Surely you will learn how much Gili Trawangan has to offer when it comes to huge variety of accommodation, too. So stay tuned for our updates which also include some of our exclusive, outrageously awesome photos taken by our staff.

Most of the blogs will be written by our divemaster trainees who are on a exhilarating journey towards their first professional level of diving. In addition there will be occasional posts from our staff explaining their experiences with student divers or their teaching techniques among other things.

Gili Trawangan is one of three sister islands in the north of Lombok. The island is well known for it’s wild party scene, exotic beaches and car-free roads but like a lot of you readers, we originally came here for it for it’s thrilling underwater world. The twenty odd dive spots to visit here in The Gilis involve white and black tip reef sharks, different type of rays, octopus, moray eels, turtles and cuttlefish. Only just few to mention. Whether it’ll be your first dive or your hundredth, each dive has a new discovery.

If you are reading this and thinking of where next to go on holiday or want to know more about diving in Indonesia, you needn’t look any further. We offer those answers here on Gili Divers website. And you can’t find what you are looking for all you need to do is to send us an email or a message.

Come join us at Gili Divers if you are already here but if you are reading this at home with a cup of tea in hand then start thinking about making your next trip to Gili Trawangan where the water runs crystal blue and each day has something different to offer.
